How Resell Relay collects, uses, protects, and retains account, billing, and workspace information.
We collect account information you provide directly, including your email address, name, login details, profile information, saved preferences, listing records, inventory history, sold follow-through activity, and marketplace connection records tied to your account.
We use account and workspace information to operate the product, save your work, support listing and inventory workflows, show billing and account status, respond to support requests, improve reliability, and protect the service from abuse or unauthorized access.
Resell Relay does not ask you to type marketplace passwords into the app. Marketplace access is intended to use the marketplace's own sign-in and consent flow. Connection-related data is limited to what is needed for approved workflows such as listing, inventory, sold updates, or fulfillment support.
Billing is processed through Stripe. Resell Relay does not store full card numbers or card security codes in the app. We may store subscription status, plan, renewal timing, and billing-related identifiers needed to manage your account.
We use service providers to operate parts of the product, including providers for authentication, database hosting, billing, and support-related operations. We do not sell your account data, build buyer profiles for resale, or request broader marketplace data than the product needs.
Account data is protected with per-user access controls and retained only as long as needed for the service, security, support, billing, legal compliance, or backup and recovery operations. Deletion and privacy requests can be directed to support@resellrelay.com.
We use account authentication, access controls, and service-level protections designed to limit unauthorized access. We may update this policy over time as the service changes. When material changes are made, the updated version will be posted with a new effective date.

You are responsible for the account you create, the information you provide, and activity that happens under your login. You must keep your password secure and use the service only through your own account unless we expressly allow otherwise.
You may not misuse the service, attempt to access another user's information, interfere with the product, bypass limits or security controls, or use Resell Relay in a way that violates marketplace rules or applicable law.
Marketplace actions that require account access are intended to use the marketplace's own sign-in and consent flow. Resell Relay does not ask you to enter marketplace passwords inside the app and may limit or remove workflows if a marketplace changes its rules or technical support.
Subscriptions begin with any offered trial and then continue on the selected paid plan unless canceled. Billing is managed through Stripe. Subscription status, renewals, and cancellation timing may depend on successful payment processing.
Basic includes up to 500 active listings. Premium is intended for larger active inventory and higher-volume workflows. Resell Relay notifies users before plan limits are reached and does not auto-upgrade accounts without clear consent.
You keep ownership of your listings and other content you provide. Resell Relay may store, process, back up, and transmit that data only as needed to operate the service, maintain security, provide support, and manage billing and account records.
Service availability, features, integrations, and plan details may change over time. We may suspend or restrict access if required for security, billing, maintenance, misuse, or marketplace-related compliance reasons. No. Listings, preferences, and account records are intended to live in the database, separate from the website code. Product updates should not delete user data, and database changes should be handled separately from normal UI updates.
No. Resell Relay does not store marketplace passwords. Marketplace access tokens are intended to live server-side only.

You mark it sold and pick "Sold on"; the app marks other platforms ended here. When automatic delisting is available, it runs as a tracked background workflow with retries and visible status.
Yes. You can import a single listing now, and bulk import can create review-ready drafts from up to 25 listing links at a time.
Cancellation stays visible and easy to use. Access stays active through the current period, and listings are not deleted immediately.
The app will surface a warning in "What needs attention now" so you can retry or end listings manually.
